Dear Members,

This is to notify you that Council have arranged for the Annual General Meeting to take place on Tuesday 24th August 2021 starting promptly at 7.30pm at The Geoff Reed Table Tennis Centre. The meeting will be held in the hall where chairs will adhere to social distancing regulations.

Nominations for Officers are to be made on the nomination form to be received no later than 28 days prior to the date of the AGM, in writing to the General Secretary, signed by the nominee, proposer and seconder. The positions of officer are President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, League Secretary and Press Officer. The nominations to be put in the white box at the centre for the attention of the General Secretary.

Nominations for the three Council member positions may be made either in writing or from the floor of the meeting on the day.

Please note that we are looking to replace the League Secretary and chair of the umpires as both current holders have decided to step back and ask for another to take up the position.

At the AGM we are looking to form a junior parent's committee to help with organising trips off Island so any parents would be welcome to attend the AGM to give us their thoughts and ideas to help move forward to run another successful season off island.
