Table tennis is a great sport for anyone to play, and is the most popular racket sport in the world. It keeps you fit and flexible, without putting severe stress on joints, and is low injury prone. Playing table tennis increases agility and flexibility, and most of all, reactions. Time to start playing? Interested? All new players will be made very welcome.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

When attending FORT REGENT to play table tennis only, JTTA MEMBERS should please adhere to the following CHANGES:

1 .From WEDNESDAY 1 OCTOBER 2025 Fort Regent will be closed to the general public and JTTA MEMBERS should follow the instructions displayed by JTTA in the Gloucester Hall and consult the schedule or CALENDAR for current sessions available. The doors from the car park will be boarded as the escalator is closed off. JTTA members can PARK in any spaces on the approach road to Fort Regent’s security guarded entrance and MUST DISPLAY THEIR JTTA PERMITS.

2 Please SIGN IN and OUT of the REGISTER for security and monitoring purposes.

10 REASONS TO PLAY TABLE TENNIS

STORM CIARÁN caused extensive damage to the GEOFF REED TABLE TENNIS CENTRE at the FB FIELDS on 1 & 2 November, 2023 and will be CLOSED until further notice. From Monday, 19 February, 2024 an alternative venue was secured at FORT REGENT where ALL COACHING SESSIONS, LEAGUE MATCHES, BAT & CHAT SESSIONS & TOURNAMENTS will take place until further notice.
